Sandra Chaoul is an experienced learning programs designer and facilitator, and an ICF Certified Leadership Coach. She holds a Masters in Financial Economics from the American University of Beirut. Prior to 2019, she collaborated with the Society of Jesus at local and international levels on developing programs to promote Discernment and Leadership in an Ignatian way of proceeding as well as facilitating processes of discernment in common. She is a lead facilitator on the English Program and serves as the Director of the Discerning Leadership International Accompaniment Network. Sandra served as an expert facilitator in the Synod on Synodality, 2023 and 2024.
