Our mission of leadership formation for a synodal Church focuses our attention on the Roman context, where our primary audience is composed of officials from the Vatican Curia, Superior Generals of religious congregations and their council members, and senior administrators in international Catholic organizations headquartered in Rome. These programs are offered in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Our formation programs are intended to foster leadership for a synodal Church consistent with the example of Christ, who in the Gospels, modelled an authority that listened first to his Father, and then, in relationship with each person he encountered, was oriented to service, service most of all to the more abundant life of the Kingdom of God.
